Cancellation and refund policy

Welcome to Govazdner.am.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the terms for canceling paid services offered by Govazdner.am and refunding amounts paid.

Govazdner.am is managed by “Golden Estate” LLC.

1. General provisions

Govazdner.am is an online classifieds platform that allows users to post, search for, and view listings in various categories.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, Govazdner.am is not a seller, buyer, or intermediary of the products or services presented in users’ listings.

Govazdner.am is not responsible for transactions, payments, deliveries, product returns, or reimbursements between users.

This policy applies exclusively to paid services directly offered by Govazdner.am.

2. Paid services

Govazdner.am may offer paid services, including:

listing promotion,
premium or featured listings,
raising the listing position (Bump Up),
paid packages or subscriptions,
other additional digital services.

The price, duration, and main terms of each paid service are provided on the website at the time of purchasing the service.

By making a payment, the user confirms that they have reviewed the price and terms of the selected service.

3. Cancellation

If the purchased paid service has not yet been activated, used, or delivered, the user may submit a request to cancel the service and request a refund.

The cancellation request is ideally submitted no later than within 14 calendar days from the payment date.

If the digital service has already been activated, in full or in part, or provided at the user’s request, its cancellation and refund may not be possible, except in cases provided for by this policy or by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4. Refund

A full or, in appropriate cases, partial refund may be made if:

the payment was made as a result of a technical error,
a duplicate payment was mistakenly made for the same service,
the paid service was not activated or not delivered,
the service could not be provided due to a technical issue on Govazdner.am’s part,
a refund is required by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

If the service has already been activated, fully provided, or used, a refund is generally not made, except in cases where the service was not properly provided by Govazdner.am or where a refund is required by the applicable legislation.

If the user purchased a package of services and has already used part of it, the possibility of a refund and the amount to be refunded may be determined considering the value of the services already used.

Once approved, the refund is generally processed using the same payment method used for the payment, unless another method is required for technical or legal reasons.

The actual timeframe for a refund may depend on the bank, card network, or the relevant payment service provider.

5. Transactions between users

This policy does not apply to transactions conducted between users of Govazdner.am.

Govazdner.am is not responsible for payments made between users, for returns of goods or services, for cancellations of orders or agreements, or for related financial disputes.

Such matters must be resolved directly between the parties to the relevant transaction in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

6. Submission and review of requests

To submit a cancellation or refund request, you may contact us by providing as complete information as possible, including:

your name and the email address associated with your account,
the payment date,
the payment or order number, if available,
the name of the purchased service,
the reason for cancellation or refund,
a brief description of the issue.

Requests are typically reviewed within up to 5 business days.

If necessary, we may ask for additional information in order to identify the payment or to review the request.

After the request is approved, the timeline for processing the refund and for the funds to become actually available in your account may depend on the relevant bank or payment system.
