Wet pistachios have 2 shells: soft and dry. They can be stored wet in the refrigerator (about 2 weeks), in the freezer for long-term use (about 6 months), and you can also remove the soft shell and dry them.

Wet pistachios have a much higher nutritional value than dry ones. They contain more than 50% oil, as well as large amounts of proteins and carbohydrates. These raise the body’s tone. Due to their interesting taste, pistachios are very popular. They are eaten both wet and salted-roasted.
